West Lancs chair invited to No.10!
Monday 24th April was a special day for the West Lancs chair Mike Spall. He was invited to a reception held at No.10 Downing St for Local Charity Champions, hosted by Stuart Andrew, Minister for Charities.
The photo shows Mike with our local MP, Katherine Fletcher.
